Rachel O’Toole is the Principal with a particular expertise in Family Law, Child Law and General Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
She is a leading practitioner in Ireland in Family Law with over 20 years experience in the area. She specialises in complex Judicial Separation and Divorce Applications with emphasis on those involving ample and diverse assets. She has dealt with many cross jurisdictional cases and has advised on the Brussels BIS II Regulation and the Hague Convention.
Rachel O’Toole also has a longstanding involvement with and expertise in Public Law cases involving children. She regularly represents the interests of vulnerable children through Court appointed Guardians ad Litem.
